This class has taught me a lot, including how to effectively use bullets:

Watch your tongue!
- Don’t say more than you have to when presenting or blogging
- Brevity is divine
- Watch your tongue, blogs are public

- Social Media is quite an animal, but watch it’s claws (creepers)
- Anyone can use the internet for their personal/professional gain (which is the beauty of it)
- David Meerman Scott is highly intelligent, read his book
- Use images to get attention

My presentation will highlight what I have learned throughout this experience and I will try to bring up one tip from each week that I learned that perhaps others didn’t. This way the presentation will perhaps bring the forefront new techniques or ideas related to New Media. Hopefully this will give others even more to take away from the class than they originally had gleaned.

“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication”-Leaonardo Di Vinci (and the opening, quote of Prez Zen) I think that quote encompasses much of what I have learned and has given me a new perspective on how to approach the online world.
